Hours: 37 hours per week
Leave: 25 days (plus public holidays)

Role summary

Together Women (TW) provide holistic services to vulnerable women and girls across Yorkshire, Humberside and the North West of England. We have women's centres in Leeds; Bradford; Hull; Sheffield; and HMP New Hall. Our centres offer safe, women-only spaces from which key workers and sessional staff provide needs assessment, action-planning, support and case management for women referred by a number of different agencies. Centres also provide a wide range of group programmes, sessional training, workshops and self-help groups. We are a trailblazing provider of exceptional, specialist services to women affected by Criminal Justice and currently funded via a range of commissioners (both statutory and non-statutory), working with multiple partners to address the needs of women who present with multiple and complex needs.

As finance manager you will work with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior management team to ensure that goals are achieved through effective finance and governance practices. You will lead the financial management and direction of TW's annual budget, ensuring that contract requirements for finance and performance reports are met, whilst ensuring regular updates are provided to effectively manage project budgets and expenses. The role will support the CEO and Board of Trustees' in providing robust financial management systems as well as playing a key role in the fundraising strategy (which is led by the CEO). This role will be integral to the annual audit process and will feed into the organisations strategic vision.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong analytical skills and a proven capacity to manage detailed processes. This role will oversee the administrator's role of day-day financial tasks; including bank reconciliation, invoicing, petty cash and credit card expenditure / cost coding within the organisational finance function Xero.
