Clarity Global Group Ltd is one of the leading Pharma & Health Distribution Services. We work with a number of manufacturers providing storage and distribution. Supplying to full & short line wholesalers, pharmacies, GP surgeries and hospitals.
Founded since 1999 we have had huge success over the years, winning numerous awards and most recently in 2021 winning the 'Alantra Pharma Fast 50' award for the second year running.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance expert, who will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support. You'll have high experience covering all strategic and operational matters with regards to the finance department and are a strong commercial leader with a good head for figures and for dealing with complex modelling and analysis, as well as a sound grasp of financial systems and procedures. Your duties will include-
* Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
* Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
* Producing long-term business plans
* Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
* Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
* Managing budgets
* Developing and managing financial systems/models
* Payroll management
* Management accounts
* Small team management
* Audits
* Carrying out business modelling and risk assessments
What we ask in you-
* ACCA, ACA or CIMA status, or equivalent
* International experience
* Strong and up to date regulations knowledge
* Solid commercial and business awareness
* Excellent communication- Internal & External stakeholders
* An analytical approach to work
* High numeracy and excellent technical skills
* Problem-solving skills and initiative
* Negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
* Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
* Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise
* The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships
* The capacity to make quick but rational decisions
* The potential to lead and motivate others
* Advanced Excel and IT skills.
