Do you love working with children but wonder how you can make it your long term career?
Maybe you already work as a manager in an early years setting, or you've been a Deputy Nursery Manager for some time and feel you're ready to take the next step.
When it comes to nurseries there always seems to be jobs available; you can easily get lost in a giant company or in a small independent business, in either context it might not be clear where you go next.
That's what makes the Nursery Manager role we're currently recruiting for an option worth considering. It's an ambitious, growing company with values that you'll love and leadership from people who uphold them.
What they need right now is a qualified and suitably experienced Nursery Manager in Cambridge. In your centre, you'd be responsible for:
- Childcare and education
- Finance, HR and operations
- Health and Safety
- Marketing and customer care
That sounds like a lot, but you'll have the support of a central team who will invest time in your professional development and offer a range of relevant benefits.
And post-Covid there's plans for new sites across the UK, meaning regional manager roles and the opportunity to build your skills training and developing junior staff are a real possibility once you're established in this position.
Ideally, we're looking for people who can demonstrate:
- Full and relevant early years qualifications (Level 3 and above)
- Management experience in a busy nursery setting
- Knowledge of EYFS requirements and OFSTED's expectations
You love working with children, but does your current job offer a long-term career in the sector that will allow you to reach your potential?
