We currently have an open position for an Account Manager to work within the Pertemps Plymouth Branch. This is a permanent position based in our offices in Central Plymouth. This post is an great opportunity for a professional in the recruitment field with strong relationship building and client support skills to move into an account manager post.

In this post you will work with our Plymouth Team, acting as a key contact point for one of our large local accounts. This is a sales-free role with a focus on delivering excellent service and delivering a unique experience to our clientele.
What will you be doing?

You will work with our client stakeholders and hiring manager community, anticipating their needs and making sure that Pertemps are equipped to meet and exceed their expectations
You will ensure that our KPI's are continuously met and report on our progress
Manage our online ordering systems and timesheet systems and support our clients and contingent workforce in effectively using the platforms
Collaborate with our branch team to identify any pain points and work to resolve this
You will have line management responsibilities within our office, working with our recruitment team to ensure we are collectively meeting and exceeding our goalsSkills and Experience required:

Prior experience working in a recruitment setting with a focus on delivering a high quality and exemplary recruitment service
Strong IT and Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to effectively self manage and organise yourselfWhat is on offer?
