* Responsible for a portfolio of clients and key commercial points of contact.

* Deep understanding of client's business and forge relationships with key stakeholders through deep inter-personal relationships.

* Expert on Playtech products and USPs - not technical masterminds but eager to work with internal product stakeholders.

* Act as voice of the customers within Playtech and balance business goals. Share knowledge of licensee with Playtech colleagues and product stakeholders.

* Knowledge of industry landscape and competitors' products and developments.

* Be aware of technical updates/progress that have business impact

* Updated on regulatory frameworks and compliance


* Drive usage and upsell of Playtech tools, products and services

* Coordinate and manage any training requests.

* Manage game launches, network promotions and marketing promotions to licensees.

* Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.

* Support Commercial Director business development.

* Business Travel when required.

* Work with analysts for Monthly KPIs


* Report on licensee marketing commitments and promotions related to Playtech products & services.

* Being aware of the status of all projects and deadlines.

* Produce monthly management report.

* Regular commercial team meetings and presentations.

* Manage and update CRM
