Interim Group Manager
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Group manager with significant experience working with Revenues, Benefits and Charges across large, complex, multi-service organisations.
You will lead a team of Senior Managers & Professionals within the Business Delivery Team.
To succeed in this role to will need a sound understanding of relationships between different business areas and professional fields and be the strategic and operational lead on all matters relating to Revenues, Benefits and Charges.
Your areas of work will include Benefits, Business Rates, Accounts Receivable, Rent Collection, Tenant Services and a Debt and Welfare Team, where you will have autonomy within the organisation for key decisions of a specialist service nature that determine the long-term development and delivery strategy of the Revenues, Benefits and Charges services.
To maximise revenue Collection
To develop and maintain effective relationships with key partners, service providers and stakeholders
To manage the day to day operational aspects of Revenues, Benefits and Charges
To ensure that all operational staff are aware and operating within the Policy and Procedures
