Are you experienced in CNC Milling (Programming/Setting/Operating)? Do you have an understanding of CAD/CAM?

This well-established company specialise in the manufacture of a specialist parts and components to numerous large high-profile customers across a variety of industries. Due to a large upsurge of demand and a desire to improve their operations they are looking to take on a Team Leader to help oversee the CNC Milling side of the business.

In this role you will be setting and operating CNC milling machines. You will also be responsible for managing the day to day running of the Milling team, representing them at company meeting and communicating information between departments. Overtime is available to boost your earnings.

The ideal candidate will have experience setting and programming CNC milling machines. In-depth experience of programming will be advantageous as will skills with CADCAM.

This is the chance for a skilled CNC Machinist to take a step up into a supervisor/leadership role.

The Role:
* CNC Miller/Team Leader
* Running CNC Milling Machines
* Managing the Milling team and dealing with other departments
* £17.50 per hour + Overtime + 28 Days Holiday
* Days Shift: 7:45AM-4:15PM Mon-Thur 7:45AM-3:15PM Fri

The Person:
* Experienced with CNC Milling- Programming/Setting/Operating
* Understanding of CAD/CAM
* Experience of working with titanium
* Good communication skills
* Desire to step into a supervisory role
