Role Summary

Lead a team of Recruitment Coordinators, based in the Manchester Global Service Centre, who support the RPO programme of a prestigious bank across the UK and Ireland.
Lead a team of Onboarding Case Managers, based in both offices in London and the Manchester Global Service Centre, who support the RPO programme across the UK and Ireland.
Responsibility for delivery against team KPI's/deadlines and client driven SLA's as they relate to the Coordination and Onboarding administration procedures and processes.
Manage the teams and their workload with a strong focus on right first time and continuous improvement.
Delivery of governance and reporting as required.Responsibilities:

Working in conjunction with the Account Leadership Team, this role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the service delivery associated to both the initiation and completion of all permanent requisitions managed by the recruitment team on site at Deutsche Bank.
The focus is on achieving the Key Performance Indicators and time bound deliverables associated with these teams.
Line management of the Coordination and Onboarding teams
Organisation of the teams to maximise delivery capability
Daily formal and informal contact with the onsite leadership team to manage capacity expectations
Management of client queries and response to escalations
Responsibility for team delivery against KPI's and SLA's
Ownership of reporting and governance related to these elements of the service
Preparation of reporting for audit activity, supporting the governance Consultant as required
Ownership of the Visa processEssential Skills

Previous RPO, ideally on a global scale
Client facing with the ability to engage with senior level stakeholders
Proven record of delivering effectively and meeting deadlines
Engaging with strong communication skills
Previous experience of managing a team
Financial Services, Banking, Professional Services experience highly desirable
Previous experience working with applicant tracking systems
