Ellis Mason are recruiting for a MARKETING EXECUTIVE to join a growing pharmaceutical business based in North Herts.

The role is new to the business and this person will work alongside the Sales and Marketing Director in order to achieve the Marketing plan and targets.

The MARKETING EXECUTIVE role would suit a marketing professional with at least 1-2 years of generalist marketing experience. You will need to be at least A-level qualified however a Marketing Graduate or CIM qualified person would be ideal.

Pharma or Healthcare experience are not essential as can be trained, however will be looked at favourably.


Permanent, full time role

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with 30 mins lunch break

Salary negotiable on experience - circa £30,000

Annual company bonus

The main duties included within the role of MARKETING EXECUTIVE are:

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Director to jointly develop energising marketing plans.

Lead on the development of the company LinkedIn strategy and manage all aspects of the company social media campaigns.

Create clear budgets, goals, measures, and objectives for each project/plan.

Gain customer insight in order to identify motivations and influences. Apply these findings to develop highly impactful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Research competitors and target clients.

Maintain the company LinkedIn engagement plan, detailing objectives and measures for success, to primarily build followers and brand awareness.

Creating and delivering a portfolio of engaging and creative content.

Write high quality copy for broad range of promotional materials, including blogs, website posts, brochures, infographics, emails etc.

Create marketing assets and imagery that delivers key messaging.

Video creation to promote the features and benefits of the wider brand and product portfolio.

Social media management and origination of content primarily across LinkedIn.

Email campaign management and origination of content, ensuring a regular communication programme targeted at key customer groups
