1st Line Support Agent (Help Desk)
Ongoing Temporary position
£13.50 per hour
Totally flexibility required in working hours (days and night shifts including weekends )
About The Company:
A large Birmingham based Leisure Organisation are currently recruiting for experienced 1st Line Technical Support Help Desk Agents on a Temporary basis. This is a fast paced role in a busy environment. A great company to work for with friendly and supportive colleagues. The 1st Line Support Agent Role:
  • You will be first point of call for all corporate and retail enquiries dealing with all IT queries these queries can range from payroll queries to problems with equipment at the retail locations.
  • Ideally you will have 1st line support experience but other experience will be considered.
  • Excellent customer service skills/ Professional telephone manner
  • T Savvy

You must be able to work shifts between the hours of 7.00am and 1.00am, 365 days including weekends and bank holidays.
Own transport is essential due to the nature of the hours.
