Are you an industrial recruiter with experience of working onsite looking to develop your career with a progressive and professional national agency? RE Recruitment is now recruiting for Area Support Account Manager/ Onsite Account Manager
The Area Support Account Manager will be responsible for;
Customer Service - develop an excellent relationship with the hiring client(s) based on providing excellent customer service and the effective operation of a client specific SLA and targets within.
Labour Planning - liaise with the hiring client to ensure that the number of temporary workers required is known and communicated in good time in line with the service agreement.
Labour Supply Management - directly recruit and maintain a supply of core labour to meet client demands.
Temporary Worker Supervision - ensure all temporary workers comply with site rules regarding hygiene, workwear rules, arriving on the shop floor on time, returning promptly after breaks and leaving site on time and in an orderly manner, and that all temporary workers are performing to the required levels of competence and output.
Temporary Worker Management - manage all aspects of the contractual relationship with the temporary workers in accordance with Company procedures. This includes registering new candidates, checking legality, etc.
Temporary Worker Support - minimise pay queries and help and support temporary workers with day to day work related issues to ensure that labour problems and disputes are minimised.
Operational Management - liaise with client team leaders and site management across the network as required to ensure that production is on plan and all operational issues are dealt with and resolved effectively and efficiently with minimum of disruption.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement - assess working systems and continually seek ways to improve and make more efficient.
Payroll and Administration - ensure daily and weekly completion of timesheets, payroll, costings, KPI's, statistics and other administration as required. This will include understanding the required processes at each site within remit.
Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities considered appropriate by the Company.
Flexibility to work across all 3 shifts (if required) and around the needs of the business/own car required.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 1 year field based in recruitment.
Structured, disciplined, energetic, committed to individual and business improvement.

Commercially astute
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
