Supply Chain Manager

As a supply chain manager for this business, you will be working with a range of great businesses within the food industry which make tasty products that are seen on the supermarket shelves. Your role will be ensuring the business maintains and develops its great supplier relationship throughout Europe, ensuring the correct paperwork is completed with regards to bonded warehousing and Brexit compliance. Then on the customer side you will be supporting operations with orders and getting customer orders delivered in a timely manner.
The business you will be working for has been a family run business and has seen significant growth financially over the last 18 + months due to the strong work the Operations director has done and you will now be an integral part of the senior leadership team ensuring development and growth with supply chain.
You will autonomy to develop you team of 3 and help implement systems to help streamline processes from implement SLA and customer, 3PL reviews.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move away from the corporate world and gain a role where you have great autonomy and really 'make it your own' with strong support Operations.

You will need to have a background within:
-Food or Drink manufacturing
-Senior management experience
-Supply chain management skills
-European experience (customers or suppliers)
