One of our well established clients is looking for a permanent Health & Wellbeing Manager to work on a site in Northamtonshire, the business is manufacturing/producting and they are taking their OH service back in house.
As part of this new approach to wellbeing the company is building brand new consulting and treatment rooms which will be ready October/November.
The role will involve but not be limited to Case Management, COVID advice, Sickness Absence, Return to work as well as other OH duities including line management etc.
The ideal candidate will have an Occupational Health Degree or Diploma and be able to provide examples of previous Occupational Health experience within the working environment. You will be able to work individually but also as part of the onsite Occupational Health team supporting other but leading from the front when required to.
