We have a fantastic opportunity for a Credit Control Team Leader to join our Financial Control team on a fixed term contract until February 2021, working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Leading the Credit Control Team, you will ensure that the team hit the monthly cash collection targets and overseeing the collections process. You will be the first point of escalation for the team where issues arise and continually review the debt ledger, highlighting problem accounts.
You will be responsible for providing reports across the team for various audiences in the busies, including a monthly update with the Chief Financial Officer.
Our Credit Control Team Leader will maintain a high level of knowledge and skill and utilise this in training and mentoring team members, to progress development and ensure they are experts in the Viridor systems, policies and procedures that are relevant to Credit Control.
Our ideal Credit Control Team Leader will have:

Knowledge of how credit control works within an organisation.
Demonstrable experience of leading a Team
Strong communication skills.
A good level of IT literacy and experience of Microsoft Office.
Take a proactive and accountable approach to their work, identifying problems and solutions as appropriate.
A good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Discretion and the ability to work with confidential information.
Resilience and the ability to deal with challenging situations and trying to achieve positive outcomes for all.
