Salary/ Hourly rate: £38,570.00 - £(phone number removed) DOE Plus £5k Welcome Bonus

Working with an Independent Healthcare Organisation providing NHS Healthcare Services. Providing acute and psychiatric intensive care services to those in need across Nottinghamshire.

This is an opportunity to work alongside a diverse and extensive MDT including Ward Managers, Charge Nurses, Speciality Doctors, Night Managers, Support Workers, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Activity Coordinators, the Senior Management Team and discharge co-ordinators from local NHS trusts.

THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a full time Night Services Coordinator to oversee the hospital which comprises of 4 wards, 2 Acute wards and 2 PICU wards with a total of 52 inpatient beds.

Line management responsibility for the whole Hospital
support and advise staff in their clinical practice

Monitor the standard of care given, ensuring that it reflects the hospitals standards and policies

Liaise closely with the appropriate Ward Managers

Develop recognised and acceptable standards of care affecting the night service

To develop the clinical role of the night nurse practitioner, using reflective practice skills

Be the administrator of incidents/accidents that need to be referred to a higher body
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

Must haves;

A relevant nursing qualification and registration RNM/RNMH
At least 3 years post-registration experience
Management Training/previous responsibility desirable
