Our client, a well established IT and recruitment managed services provider, are looking to expand and are seeking an experienced BDM to help them break into new markets. The role would be to utilise marketing generated leads as well as internal referrals and bid processes to identify and close new business opportunities and build close ties with director level contacts.
They are seeking to offer complete IT project and recruitment solutions via their network of carefully assembled IT contractors over a long period of time. You will lead all new business activities in this regard including initial discovery meetings, aid with the creation of solutions and ultimately present those solutions to your prospective client.
We are looking to engage with sales professionals with impressive backgrounds in selling in either recruitment managed services/RPO or IT managed services solutions. You must have experience of presentations of complex solutions with a high order value and be able to build a network of trusted directors and C-suite contacts.
What's on offer is an outstanding package with unlimited earnings with an OTE of £150k as a minimum. You will be selling to a field of organisations in which this type of service is high on the agenda so this service will be sought after.
