Overview
An exciting new opportunity for a Digital Marketing Exec to join an award-winning commercial company based near Reading. The successful candidate will be supporting the Digital and Internal Marketing teams to deliver the Company's SEM strategy. This is an exciting time to join during this fast growing company during a time of expansion in a varied Digital Marketing role.

Responsibilities

Tracking, analysing and reporting on PPC campaigns and website analytics
Completing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
Identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
Researching and implementing SEO recommendations
Optimising copy and landing pages for SEM
Research and reviewing competitor advertising links
Supporting the Paid & Organic teams ensuring best practices are maintained
Developing and implementing the link building strategy
Managing campaign budgets, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies Requirements

Proven SEO and SEM experience
Experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms
Strong experience using website analytics tools, including Google Analytics
Solid knowledge of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
Understanding of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Excellent communication and listening skills
