CTM are a provider of Telecommunications Services across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. We supply Field and Site Engineers who Commission, Decommission and Maintain Mobile Telecommunications Services to all the Service providers across the UK. We are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced Scheduler.
We require a Scheduler to control the ticketing demand flow of jobs we have with our Managed Service accounts. On a day-to-day basis CTM receive Job request tickets from our Managed Service accounts which you will then assign an appropriate engineer from our list of Retained sub-contractors.
You will;
* Excellent administration and communication skills
* Be thorough, organised and process orientated
* Ability to work at speed where necessary in an effective and efficient manner
* Previous scheduling experience
* Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
