Job Details

My client is seeking a new regional support manager to assist with a portfolio of services across the Midlands area.

Role:

· Have overall responsibility for the services within your Region

· Ensure that all aspects of Care & Support is fully compliant with Legislation and Regulations

· To ensure High Quality Care & Support is embedded within the culture of the teams to provide excellent outcomes

We require:

· A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a similar role or at a Senior Management level; NMC PIN

· Experience of leading, developing and motivating a staff team

· Strong track record in CQC inspections

· Excellent leadership skills

· Able to drive and willing to travel

You will be responsible for:

· Quality Inspections to ensure the service is meeting company policies and procedures in accordance with CQC

· Work with home managers to put an action plan in place and improve the service further

· Manage service when required when no manager in place

· Induction of new managers
