Our client, the UK's pioneering personal safety charity and leading stalking authority, is looking to recruit a Head of Operations and Service Develop to join their dynamic and growing team. The role will be based in London (3 days in the office and 2 remote working from home).
The organisation works tirelessly to create a society in which people are safer (and feel safer) from stalking, harassment, aggression and violence and they achieve this through supporting and advocating on client's behalf, devising and delivering specialist training and through campaigning and lobbying for legislative change.
You will be responsible for the operational management of 3 services (National Stalking and Harassment, Pan London Stalking and Harassment and Perpetrator Prevention Provision) which will include line managing 3 Service Managers (indirect management of 15 staff), overseeing budgets and service delivery and direction.
You will be overseeing the strategic development of operational services and as a key member of the Senior Management Team will be responsible for delivering the Trust's vision and working closely with the CEO, Senior Stakeholders and clients to identify gaps in service provision and develop and improve services.
You will provide strategic leadership, safeguarding and oversight to all areas of service delivery and will work to ensure the voice of the victims remains at the heart of all projects.
You will be working as part of the Senior Leadership team and will be deputising for the CEO with the media, partners and with Senior Stakeholders. They are looking for someone who can identify gaps in service provisions and work with stakeholders and commissioners to create and development innovative services in response to clients' needs.
You will lead on the design and development of bids and projects and will develop relationships with other agencies and organisations to establish effective collaborations and partnerships and to identify new funding opportunities.

They are looking for someone with a proven track record of developing and managing VAWG services (including Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse, Stalking and Harassment and Trafficking), designing and developing funding proposals and bids and of effecting quality improvement.
