£19 p/h + Paid Breaks - Band 6 Equivalent | Full Time Nights | Elderly Nursing Home
A qualified RGN or RMN is required to work nights in a privately owned care home in Redruth.
The home provides round the clock nursing care to elderly residents and supports those with dementia, mental health conditions and physical disabilities.
Details of the Night Nurse role and what the successful candidate will receive:
* A permanent contract to work full-time nights
* Excellent hourly rates of £19 plus paid breaks
* A comprehensive induction and training
Duties for this Night Nurse role will include medication management and administration, leading care assistants in the delivery of person-centred care and ensuring care documentation is up to date. Assist the primary nurse in completing client admissions/discharge forms and organise formal staff appraisals.
Applicants for this Night Nurse position should meet the following criteria:
* Up to date NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA or Mental Health Nurse/RMN/RMHN
* At least 1 year's post registration experience, ideally within a UK nursing home setting
* Confident independently managing drugs and medications
