Pure are recruiting for a Accounts Assistant vacancy to join a business in Halstead on a 6 month fixed term contract which will offer working from home with some office days once safe to return.
We are looking for the successful candidate will be maintaining and have responsibility for the companies purchase ledger.
You key responsibilities will be: • Entering of Purchase invoices for stock and non-stock items. • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details within the purchase ledger. • Creating payment runs within due dates for suppliers. • Making sure that purchase invoices are approved. • Monitoring entries in the GRNI and chasing to complete them. • Reconciling supplier statements at month-end. • Clearing disputes with suppliers in a professional manner. • Maintenance of Purchase orders.
