Job Details

We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a market leading business based in Bury St Edmunds.

You will be required to handle incoming calls and emails, reconcile statements, investigate queries thoroughly and provide a quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Matching, batching and coding of invoices
Clearing AP balance sheets
Build excellent customer relationships with all levels of the business and suppliers
Oversee the company's processes (orders, invoices, payments)
Reconcile statements
Ad hoc tasks as requested
The successful candidate will have purchase ledger experience and a be a good team player. You will have excellent customer service skills, teamed with solid Excel experience as well.
