My IT/Tech based client in the North Leeds area are looking for a Key Account manager to work within their Spanish & Portuguese team.
The Ideal candidate will need to have experience within customer support and account management.
The role will involve being highly organised, excellent communication skills, a great attention to detail and the ability to become a product expert within the companies sector to offer the relevant level of support and service to their clients.
The company specialise within support services across some of the biggest named brands within the world. The main aim of the role is to handle each individual enquiry as if that is your only client, offering services and other hardware that may be life changing to them or their business.
TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE FLUENTLY IN SPANISH & ENGLISH, WRITTEN AND VERBAL - Portuguese also would be a distinct advantage!
The company operate on a global scale in all the major country markets.
The hours of this role are 8am - 4pm OR 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
The annual base salary is £21,000 - £25,000 + an uncapped quarterly bonus scheme
Their offices are based in central Leeds, a 5-minute walk from Leeds Train station
