Internal Account Manager
A BRANDNEW opportunity for an Internal Account Manager focused on selling to a variety of IT solutions to exiting accounts.
The role is ideal for an individual wanting to boost their IT sales career, allowing you to work with and develop key accounts and to generate some new business.
As an Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for the customer and will develop a long-term relationship with them. You will be responsible for delivering against personal revenue targets as well as to retain existing business, whilst pursuing profitable growth opportunities.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager
Penetrates assigned accounts by selling new or additional products or services to current buyers and/or selling additional customer locations.
Sells the firm's complete offering of products and services to meet the customer needs and the business goals.
Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management.
Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers.
Proactively manages customers satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
Manages assigned customers transition from the commercial team during customer implementation.
Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline to company standards and KPI's for regular board reporting and business forecasting.
Achieves assigned sales quota.
Growing business with offices across the UK and in America.
What is on Offer for the Account Manager
Basic salary of £25k-£30k basic with a uncapped commission structure.
