We are looking for an extraordinary manager with a commitment to high quality support and focus on personalisation to join us as a Registered Supported Living Service Manager for our Kennington Service in Oxfordshire SeeAbility provides extraordinary support and champions better eye care for people with learning disabilities and autism, many of whom have sight loss. The people we support overcome huge barriers to achieve exciting new things every day: some big, some small, all extraordinary. As Service Manager you'll be responsible for the provision of extraordinary and person centred support that improves the quality of everyday life and the achievement of individual goals, however small or large, each and every day. Working in partnership with our consultant behaviour analysts and multi disciplinary team you will lead, mentor and support your team to implement the support needed to maximise choice, independence and control. This will include ensuring that support plans are relevant and responding to the needs of the individuals, that partnerships are promoted to support their social and health needs and the team are accessing the right training and development in order to deliver the best possible support. In addition you will create and maintain an environment that promotes collaborative working and facilitates the use of sound judgment and creative solutions to enable both the people we support and team members to achieve their goals and develop and progress individually.Our BenefitsWhat are the Benefits?
