£22,000 - £23,000


40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)



We have an exciting opportunity working within a customer service environment as an account manager for one of our clients in Bredbury. Do you have experience of working within the telecommunications industry? This could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:
Handling incoming customer service requests via telephone, email and occasional customer visits

Resolving billing queries

Make changes to customer accounts

Processing orders

Processing contract renewals

Administration and maintaining accurate records in internal systems

Qualifications and Experience:
B2B customer service background ideally in a SME business environment
Has had structured customer service training
Working within technology context
Computer literate - MS Office Suite, strong on excel
Good standard of general education (9 GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent)
Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
Product knowledge or experience of working with the clients key providers would be a distinct advantage: Mobile (O2) - Tariffs, network provisioning processes Skills required:

Clear confident and assertive communicator, keeps people informed and explains things

Keen interest and aptitude for technology

Analytical problem solver, thinks logically, numerate and commercially minded
