This ambitious, acquisitive, high growth retail organisation in Warrington are looking for an bright and enthusiastic accountant to join their organisation in a role that offers real strategic influence & rapid progression.

Reporting to an impressive Finance Director, your core duties will include;

Develop strong relationships with key Director-level stakeholders
Deliver high quality, actionable insight to retail and operations team.
Develop the weekly and monthly target setting process with commerciality at the forefront of mind.
Attend and support the sales director and regional managers at monthly regional board meetings
Develop recommendations as to how trading propositions should be adjusted to drive improved performance.
Attend weekly trading meetings to discuss and challenge the operational arm of the business
Responsible for measurement of key trading initiatives and KPI's across operations
Produce annual and periodic sales forecasts to aid in the annual budget and forecast process
Work collaboratively alongside other Finance Business Partner within the wider function to further channel strategy.
Develop Commission and Bonus models for operational colleaguesKey requirements;

Qualified Accountant (ideally CIMA or equivalent)
Previous Finance Business Partner experience or experience in a business facing Management Accountant / Financial Analyst role
Experience in a Retail, FMCG or E-commerce focused organisation will be preferred
Ability to turn complex and large data sets into simple, actionable insights and explain complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders
Advanced Excel skills are essential, ideally with some Power BI or Tableu experienceThis is a fantastic opportunity for any accountant looking for an entry level Finance Business Partner role in an interesting, dynamic and ambitious business.
