An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join our award-winning Fuel Storage solutions and services company, working with an established client base comprising multiple blue chip organisations

Based in Bronte Country in Bradford, offering a salary of circa £28 - 33k per annum + benefits, including Bonus, Pension, Life Assurance, Health Cash Plan and on-site parking. Full-time, 37.5 hrs per week.

A self-starter, you will be motivated by really getting to know your customers and providing them with the best solutions and service. You will be a completer -finisher by nature, ensuring excellent delivery and service of the end to end sales and fulfilment process. Your attention to detail and process orientation will ensure that nothing falls between the cracks and that you provide the customer and internal teams with accurate and timely information to ensure jobs are delivered right first time.

Account management experience is essential and some knowledge of facilities management and/or engineering would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customer accounts, meeting their needs in line with company goals and all sales/profit targets

Providing timely and accurate quotations and progress tacking

Effectively communicating customer requirements/specifications to internal teams

Ensuring customers receive products and services right first time

Generating sales among customer accounts, including up and cross-selling in accordance with their needs

Being the key point of contact for customers providing an excellent service and effective problem resolution

Managing all pipeline activity though full compliance with the company CRM system and pricing principles

Forecasting and tracking customer account service progress and associated metrics

Identifying opportunities to grow business with, and add value to, existing customers

Collaborating with the wider sales/accounts team to reach and convert prospective customers

Developing your understanding of the businesses' products and services to be able to identify how they will best address the problems customers are seeking to solve

Negotiating by phone, email, and in person

Ensuring all close out processes are completed for customer jobs and services

To be successful in the role you will have a strong team ethic with a desire to grow with the business, and essential skills and experience are:

Demonstrable account management experience

Experience of solutions-led sales

Experience of using and developing a CRM System

Project Management skills

Structured, organised and methodical working style

Strong commercial acumen

Excellent relationship building skills

Meticulous attention to detail and process orientation

Customer focused

Skilled in influencing

Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships concurrently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
