Looking for an experienced Director of Quality & Governance to join a rapidly growing domiciliary care organisation

The company I am working with are forward thinking and looking to continue on their growth path, hence the reason for this role. They provide domiciliary care to elderly people across the UK.

Key Responsibilities of a Director of Quality & Governance:

Maintain operations at the standard agreed with the CEO
Directly line manage Head of Quality & Head of Health & Safety
Ensuring smooth operations of the whole quality and health & safety team
Delegate tasks to the team
Ensure the standards are kept at a high whilst the company is growing at a rapid rateDirector of Quality & Governance Requirements:

Previous experience in a Quality Director role within a Domiciliary Care company
Comfortable and effective home worker
Must be at Director levelBenefits:
