A leading company in Darlington is looking for an experienced Finance/ Office Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Monthly PAYE including NEST pension payments. Quarterly VAT. General day-to-day book-keeping of incoming and outgoing payments using Sage. Suppliers payments. Liaise with the accountants to maintain and submit general accounts. Answering the phone Updating holiday records Updating sickness records Maintain office supplies Booking hotels Booking vehicle repairs and services
To be considered for the role you must have;
Previous experience in a similar role Have experience of using the Sage system Have excellent interpersonal skills Have excellent communication skills
