I am representing a privately owned company who have plans to grow further in the next couple of years in the recruitment of a Nurse Qualified Home Manager for a luxurious care home local to Warrington.
You will be rewarded for your work with an attractive salary of £65,000 (may go higher for a high calibre candidate with proven CQC reports and longevity in positions).
The provider will develop you professionally with internal training and some of the best regional managers in the North West to coach and mentor and support you.
The Company and The Home
As Home Manager you will be working for a small to medium sized luxurious care provider who place their emphasis on quality as they look to expand as we move out of COVID, in a medium nursing home for elderly residents, including many with dementia.
The Homes have full-time activities co-ordinator and are always taking residents on days out (where/when possible) to ensure they are having the very best quality of life as well as providing the very best environments. A homely environment with lots of activities!
To apply, you will need to have:
· A Nursing Pin (or successful management of a nursing home with overall good or outstanding CQC reports)
· Home management experience, within an elderly care setting
· A demonstrable track record of CQC compliance as a registered care home manager

If you are a friendly manager with excellent leadership abilities, solid values about quality care provision and experience of managing teams to deliver first-class dementia care to service users, then this could be the job for you.
