This role is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring Helpdesk Support / 1st Line Support Engineer / IT Technician, to learn new skills and progress within the IT field.
You will be working closely with the IT Manager and collaboration with other departmentals, inluding with esternal suppliers of goods and services, and customers.
You will be first point of contact for any IT related issues. Provide first line support remotely and in person, troubleshooting and resolving the root cause of issues.
Install and maintain IT equipment & telecommunication equipment across all branches and head office
Maintain the assets inventories and ensure all relevant documentation and databases are updated
Ensure CCTV equipment, across all branches, is functional,
Create, maintain, and delete user accounts, maintain Active Directory, Manage email accounts
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365
Troubleshoot knowledge on a variety of hardware and software
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
UK Driver's license
