Protocol are currently recruiting for an outstanding Learning support assistant in the North West London area, on a temporary on-going basis starting in September for 2 days a week.

About the College
The College is a centre of educational excellence serving the Orthodox Jewish Community of North-West London. The College combines the secular with the religious within a framework of Torah Im Derech Eretz (respect for others, both within the school community and in the wider world). Academic rigour is combined with in-depth Torah study, incorporating values such as chesed (caring/ kindness) and tzedokah (supporting charities). The college is one of the best performing in the country: their students attain consistently high standards in their GCSE, A/S and A Level examinations. The vast majority of our graduates go on to study in world-class yeshivas, before pursuing university education and a wide variety of careers.

Role responsibilities:

Support SEN Teacher when delivering BTEC subjects of Event Management and Money Management.
Create a positive working environment, where all students can flourish.
Consistently promote positive values, attitudes, behaviour, social and emotional development of students.
Track the progress of an identified group of SEN students and implement strategies to support said students.
The person and qualifications:

Education to degree level or A level/equivalent, including English and Maths GCSE A*- C.
Experience of supporting students with a range of additional needs
Ideally have in-depth knowledge of Event Management and Money Management.
Must hold a DBS dated within 12 months or on the Update Service
