Location - Northampton
Hours - 40 pw

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our vibrant and friendly industrial team, located in Northampton.

You will be responsible for supporting two prestigious accounts within Northampton - providing exceptional service.

Building key customer relationships to maximise business opportunities within the allocated accounts and ensuring exemplary management of temporary workforce within your client's operation will be a focus of this role.

A highly motivated and organised 180 consultant, responsible for servicing the temporary resource provisions of two volume user accounts within the Industrial temp portfolio.

Representing the Northampton Industrial team and supported by the Resource Hub, you will screen, interview, and allocate candidates to assignments, providing a seamless service in candidate and client management. You will manage working temp requirements, in recording payroll, monitoring attendance, and overseeing day to day requests.


Maximise the opportunity of placements through site presence and engagement
Relentless in adherence to compliance and governance
Effectively manage candidate database and availability of pool
Work towards and exceed targets in relation to candidates placed
Grow, maintain, and leverage your knowledge of your clients
Effectively report, support and share knowledge with the wider acs team, ensuring effective communication and work flow
Identify potential opportunities, and the decision makers within the client organisation
Highlight any potential issues within the client and manage effectively
Support the facilitation of meetings between decision makers
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion, using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Flexible with working hours to accommodate service essential tasks
Support with pre-peak planning
Brief candidates on responsibilities of role they match to
Prepare CV's/Profiles and liaise with client regarding suitability
Organise interviews of candidates. Inform candidates of results of interviewsThe Candidate

Strong IT skills - including the use of MS Office and Excel
Previous Resource experience desirable
Previous Admin and Payroll experience desirable
Previous experience of large user accounts management is desirable
People focused with a can do and positive attitude
Confident in negotiation and persuasive conversation
Effective planning of client and candidate base
Meeting, and exceeding, goals and objectives
Self-motivated, positive attitude and a high degree of initiative
Highly organised, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Knows how the business works and how their role fits within it

Working hours will be Monday to Friday (Apply online only).

There will also be a requirement within peak trading periods to extend these hours across evenings and weekends.

This role is based predominately on site, at the client's premises in Northampton, and from our Northampton branch
