Our client has just had their most successful back-to-back quarters ever. They have seen triple figure percentage growth across all of their digital channels. They are now looking to capitalise on this and build a really strong team!
In the role you will have budgeted responsibility for Paid Search, Social, Display, Affiliates, video and two executives. The company are aiming for a slick digital offering and you will work as part of a bigger marketing/ media team with up to 20+ members.
What will you be doing?
Core focus: "Ensuring the execution and success of all relevant digital channels. "
Employing strong platform knowledge and a curiosity for innovation as well as performance. With the ability to carry out deep analysis and drive optimisation and flawless testing plans from partners.
Be the subject matter expert within Marketing on all things search that drives sales and revenue, taking responsibility for performance commentary, weekly reporting,
Ensuring adherence to all channel best practices within search, and contribute to the development of search best practice
Foster a good working relationship between external marketing partners to facilitate flawless execution of plans
Sharing successes and recognition for jobs well done
What will you need?
Key required skill: Paid social and management experience
Proven experience in digital marketing channels
A love and a hunger to prove effective ROI
Experience working on large-scale paid search and social campaigns
Strong and effective leadership skills at all levels
B2C background - In-house or external (retail, luxury, sport, fashion etc)
