Description

As Digital Marketing Manager you will report directly to the Managing Director and assume responsibility for the Digital acquisition strategy for this exciting young business. Particular focus will be required in the paid media space - Google, Bing, social media, LinkedIn, display and video. You would be expected to have very good analytical mind, with the ability to derive actionable insight from data. Creativity is also key in this role to drive through and test new product ideas and Marketing initiatives.

You will be a Senior member of the Effective Home team able to contribute to business strategy discussions as well as bring your digital experience to the table to influence future strategy and growth.

They will have full control of their own spend budget to drive in leads via digital avenues.
Accountable to the MD for driving paid leads into the main business to convert into installation opportunities.
End to end ownership of any digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition including paid search, affiliates and display.
Driving best practice and will constantly be innovating and optimizing to identify new opportunities to generate leads.
Motivating and developing a Digital Exec
The Digital Acquisition Manager will be highly analytical and capable of translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Recommendations for SEO optimisation of the effective home web site and digital assets
Recommendations for conversion rate optimisation on Effective Home website
Email marketing campaigns with A/B testing rigour
Creation of landing pages as appropriate to drive best CRO opportunities for business.Profile

At least 3 years' experience in the Digital Marketing space
At least 2 years' experience in managing PPC campaigns in-house.
Experience of the basics of conversion rate optimisation
Experience in email Marketing campaigns and Customer journey optimisation
SEO experience is desirable.
Experience of using Sales & Marketing platforms like hubspot/Salesforce desirable.
Ability to prioritize task effectively.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical ability
