As a Credit Risk Manager, you will have management responsibility for a global team dedicated to large commercial and enterprise accounts with multi-million £/$ businesses, and work with various stakeholders both internally and externally to carry out assessments on Worldpay potential or existing customers.

What will you be doing:

You will manage quality credit risk assessments to establish initial and ongoing creditworthiness of Worldpay customers.

You will manage and complete financial analysis demonstrating both insight and understanding across financial statements and relevant non-financial information.

You will be making recommendations, referring to Worldpay policies for approval via the appropriate sanctioning authority and handling special credit arrangements.

Communicating your decisions/rationale in a clear and concise manner, you'll proactively engage with Worldpay business to find solutions to maximise proposition approval rates, participate in contract negotiations and highlighting risks where needed.

You will select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the team.

You will develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures and policies as appropriate to the team.

What will you bring:

You will have 5+ years' financial analysis experience, preferably in the merchant processing or financial industry space.

An excellent communicator, you will be comfortable in presenting credit proposals to senior internal stakeholders, and in conducting negotiations with customers at all levels.

You will enjoy a challenge and will work well under pressure to maintain strict timelines.

Proven management experience and ability to manage personnel across multiple time zones.
