We are recruiting for an experienced account manager to work for our fab client on a permanent basis. This is a lovely company to work for with great benefits.
The role of account manager will involve:
Develop existing relationships with your and manage clients expectations through regular contact
Act as first point of contact for complaints bas escalate as appropriate.
Manage relationships between different departments in the business to ensure client's needs are met within the agreed SLA's
Understand compliance requirements and share knowledge with clients.
Keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement.
The ideal candidate for the role of account manager will ideally have:
A minimum 3 years' experience working within a customer service environment.
The ability to establish and maintain trusted and loyal relationships, both internally and externally at all levels
Strong client-facing, communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Competent in all Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Troubleshooting, complaint resolution management and multi-tasking skills
