Jenson Fisher are delighted to be once again partnering with our established client based in Dundee to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Accounts Assistant will work as a key part of a small team and will ultimately be provided the opportunity to develop and utilise their accounting skills within this fast paced, commercial environment.
On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:
- Processing expense payments.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Purchase ledger processing.
- Raising credit notes.
- Sales ledger and general debt management.
- Credit card and petty cash reconciliations.
- Use of accounting computer software and Microsoft Excel.
