If you enjoy driving strategic finance initiatives, working with senior managers and directors to make improvements, and you possess an entrepreneurial spirit, then this job for a Supply Chain Finance Business Partner could continue your career development.
You'll join a company known as much for its commitment towards sustainability as it is for its household brand.
With an inspirational CEO, clear purpose, and values-based culture, this organisation acknowledges the importance of their employees, demonstrated by their commitment to keeping every member of staff working during the recent global pandemic.
As the Finance Business Partner responsible for strategy, you'll support stakeholders, including the Operations Director, Transformation Manager, CFO, and other colleagues in Supply Chain Finance, to deliver modelling, analysis, and evaluation to support and inform critical decisions.
You'll enjoy the challenge of this fast-paced and complex manufacturing business, and your work will be integral to this next phase of its continued growth as it seeks to invest in significant capital expenditure projects.
You'll be a qualified Accountant with a deep understanding of operational manufacturing activity gained within an FMCG, retail or logistic business. Your knowledge will allow you to quickly assess and advise on investment decisions, inform your business modelling, and present your business cases.
Your ambition will be supported, and you'll use your communication skills to influence people in this high profile finance role.
You'll receive an excellent salary and a generous benefits package.
You'll also enjoy the flexibility to work from home three days each week. However, as your new role supports senior operational leaders, you'll also need to attend sites in Teesside for two days each week to perform successfully.
