Our challenger product has caught the wave of the post-pandemic ‘anywhere’ office. And it’s set to be very, very big, so this is a fantastic opportunity to join at the start of our scale up phase.

The Sales Manager:
We have been quietly developing our patented technology, which uses mobile operator voice networks rather than mobile data, which removes all the issues with VoIP calling and brings a whole host of other benefits that clients love. You and your team will have the killer USP in the market to help you win new deals and delight customers.
Bring your sales greatness and make an immediate impact on our sales growth, working closely with the Marketing Director, Operations Director and the CEO, who will give you the autonomy you need and the hands-on support tools you’ll need to be successful within this fast-moving and exciting team. And with some household client names already using our solution, you’ll have great case studies to help you gain customer trust and commitment.
You'll be ideal for us if you:
+ Have at least 3 years successful direct selling experience in telephone systems, VoIP or hosted PBX sales experience
+ Can demonstrate a strong track record of exceeding / meeting revenue your targets
+ Have experience selling into senior and multi-stakeholder opportunities
+ Love a scale-up challenge and thrive in start-up, entrepreneurial environments.
+ Are a brilliant communicator - speaking, writing and listening
+ Want to lead and grow a team, but want to remain at the customer coalface
+ Are self-motivated and able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Have flexibility to travel to the customer as required but reside within 1.5-hour radius of London
Your day to day includes:
+ Qualifying and managing leads sourced from marketing campaigns, inbound enquiries, industry events and self-sourced.
+ Building new relationships with clients through outbound solution selling
+ Structuring and executing sales pitches to win deals
+ Identifying customer needs and pain points, this will help you build out the perfect sales playbook that you will use to train and support your team as you bring them onboard.
+ Fronting customer Demos of the platform
+ Negotiating and closing new and existing contracts with customers.
+ Being the point of contact for clients at every stage of the sales-cycle.
+ Working with the Hiring team to identify, land train and drive a small team of Sales executives
+ Contributing to shaping our products by communicating key market requirements into the business
