Success means helping to deliver step change in levels of pre-sold marketing qualified leads through effective management of search engine optimised (SEO) content, in turn driving outreach, improving the search engine ranking and user engagement on Halo's websites.

Produce high-quality and engaging content.
Build on defining the brand tone of voice and awareness to ensure content is incisive, cut through, relevant and consistent to build emotional connections with users.
Produce relevant content for websites, thought leaderships pieces-white papers, blogs, articles, (press releases), product & service descriptions and social media platforms.
Create content that is specifically designed to capture and engage the attention of our varied audiences to achieve business goals at any phase of our customer journey.
Assist in audit and analysis of websites for improved SEO performance.
Plan and implement SEO content objectives aligned to content strategy.
Produce creative and cohesive content meeting brand and business needs.
Optimise and re-purpose existing content and improve relevant keywords ranking.
Conduct regular SEO keyword research to continue monitoring market trends relating to keywords using SEO tools .
Strive to demonstrate an understanding of complex client structures in order to produce useful and creative content.
Be a wizz at proofread, revising and editing all content.
Work to your best strengths - Preferred experience
Experienced in design, planning and delivery of content management including creative content writing.
Proven track record of producing top ranking content through highly effective keyword search methodologies and understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
Understanding and application of SEO best practice and guidelines to optimise content. Experience of writing for B2B and B2C audiences across various media and platforms.
Naturally skilled in researching and sourcing industry/subject relevant ideas to write thought provoking content that fills the content gap and outperforms others.
Skilled in engaging and maintaining audiences evidenced through appropriate metrics and data. Diligent proofreading and sub-editing.
Efficient use of SEO tools such as Google Analytics and editing software for high-quality checking.
