We are hiring for an AV Activation Director, leading the charge on the enviable multi-media spend portfolio of one of the largest UK advertisers, McDonald's. You will be responsible delivering best in class AV investment of our client's marketing budget and driving a truly integrated Activation team to deliver our best work together with the account team and specialists.

Working as part of a large activation team, you will have access to an extensive team of specialists, including connections planning, partnership and digital disciplines, to name but a few, to ensure the activation of seamless and hardworking plans every time for McDonald's. You will be responsible for managing and motivating your team, including an Associate Director, two Managers, a Buyer and an Assistant.
