Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

We are looking for an account manager with over 3 years of account management experience (ideally within a marketing agency) to join our small but growing team of 8.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients: founders, CEOs and Leadership Teams of fast growing businesses.

You'll be managing all aspects of their social media personal branding campaigns from strategy to execution. We're looking for someone who establishes and maintains excellent relationships, has an eye for great content and has a genuine interest in the growing area of personal branding.

We build personal brands for founders, CEOs and Leadership Teams, including some of the most well-known UK businesses and entrepreneurs. We're a small but forward thinking team, and have plans to grow exponentially in the coming months and years.

We pride ourselves on keeping ahead of the curve and staying ahead of social media trends. The ideal candidate would have experience in managing clients, will get stuck in and be able to constantly test, learn from and improve their client's campaigns.

You'd be responsible for:

  • Liaising directly with clients, managing all aspects of their personal branding campaign and being their first point of contact for any queries
  • Creating bespoke personal branding campaign strategies for new clients, ensuring that targets set out at the start of each campaign are met each month
  • Interviewing clients each month to form the basis of their social media content
  • Presenting growth stats and strategy changes to clients
  • Ensuring the contracted client deliverables are met each month
  • Overseeing the briefing of freelancers so that content is created on time, on budget and to brief
  • Reviewing photos, videos, graphic design and copy writing to meet each client's content strategy and our high content standards
  • Gaining client approval on content and overseeing the scheduling, posting and community management of their campaign
  • Keeping up to date with content performance and analytics to ensure continuous improvement in engagement
  • Occasionally writing copy for client campaigns
  • Managing an account executive, ensuring their long-term personal development both within the company and beyond

The skills you'll need:

  • 3+ years of account/project/content management experience in a client facing role within an agency
  • Knowledge and interest in the growing area of personal branding
  • Experience in planning and executing photo and video shoots (desirable, but not mandatory)
  • Copywriting experience (desirable, but not mandatory)
  • Genuine interest in business, finance, tech, entrepreneurship and current affairs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Extremely organised
  • Intuitive and resourceful
  • Being able to multitask well and keep track of due tasks
