OTR is looking for a talented individual to lead our creative efforts to secure income from individual, community and corporate supporters across Bristol, South Glos, North Somerset and beyond. The Fundraising Manager will also develop new avenues of fundraising to grow our unrestricted income, with a focus on growing major donor income. This is a rich and diverse new role at OTR with lots of scope to mould fundraising practice and delivery at OTR.
You will work in partnership with a wide range of enthusiastic supporters who passionately advocate for OTR's impact on young people's lives across the region. The Fundraising Manager will have an impressive track record of securing income from supporters and will have experience of creating and implementing a strategy enabling this. You will have excellent relationship-building skills, with evidence of establishing productive partnerships with a range of supporters from diverse backgrounds.
Ideal candidates will have a charity fundraising background and will be strategic and proactive in their work, leading on opportunities for fundraising development at OTR. This will allow OTR to continue to be agile and creative in its service delivery and offer young people a wide choice of wellbeing support. This role will be vital to achieving our exciting plans to grow our impact and improve our financial sustainability. Finally, you will have a personal interest and commitment to young people's mental health and OTR's work.
