The Junior Software Support Analyst Role:

The Junior Software Support Analyst Role:
We are looking to hire a super-sharp detail orientated implementation specialist to join our busy Service Delivery team. This person will be responsible for the end to end implementation of our SaaS solution on a per Client project basis.
About the role:
+ Taking ownership of all project implementation tasks, working with the various teams to provide a seamless delivery of the platform to each client.
+ Analysing and advising, both internally and externally, on client data requirements.
+ Creating data mapping files and template files.
+ Portal configuration and end to end Testing.
+ Supporting Client UAT and responding to issues raised.
+ Troubleshooting and fixing issues arising during implementation and UAT phases.
+ Supporting portal upgrades, additional feature adoption and technical change requests.
+ Investigating and Reporting on bugs into the Development teams.
+ Maintaining an up to date knowledge and understanding of the functions of and enhancements to the platform.
+ Contributing to the broader activities of the business and supporting the team as required.
+ Involvement within regular Client calls/meetings around the requirements during project implementation phases.
+ Proven analytical problem-solving skills.
+ Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail.
+ Self-motivated and an independent approach to work.
+ Have a working knowledge of:
i) Web API’s, JSON, HTML, CSS and templating tools such as TWIG,
ii) Regex, XML files
iii) Be Proficient in MS Excel
+ A collaborative work ethic within internal and customer teams.
+ Hardworking, consciousness and quick to pick up new skills.
+ Logical, pragmatic thinker
+ Be able to manage multiple tasks, with conflicting priorities & capable of working to strict deadlines.
+ Possess a positive 'can do’ attitude.
+ Be able to create simple solutions to complex problems.
+ Have excellent verbal and written, communication skills.
+ Ability to follow core processes, but proactively feedback where you feel they can be improved.
The following would be advantageous:
+ Experience of Linux, SQL/Database knowledge, AWS, PHP or Development tools in general.
+ A background in finance system implementation, migration projects & training for clients would be useful.
+ Implementation experience, ideally in a SaaS or software focused business.
