We are seeking a high-calibre lawyer for a varied banking/finance role at an international law firm in London. Our client has a global presence and a heavyweight reputation in all practice areas.

This role is for a junior/mid-level lawyer to act on a broad range of finance work, with a focus on real estate, acquisition, leveraged and projects finance, as well as corporate trustee and general lending work. You will be given excellent client contact with a premium list of borrower global corporates as well as lenders. There will be a high level of supervision and responsibility, and there is a proven record in enabling lawyers to progress within the firm.

To be considered for this position you should have good banking/finance experience, in either a specialist area of finance or in broad corporate lending. Some real estate finance experience will be an advantage but is not necessarily essential.

Current or previous experience in a leading City firm is sought, and we will also consider tier one overseas or regional/national law firm experience.

Whilst the firm and team offer a high level of flexibility to work from home, there is a great emphasis on the support given and the collaboration between partners and associates and between all teams.

A competitive City salary and full benefits package is offered.

To discuss this opportunity in more detail and in the strictest confidence, please submit your details or contact Philip Jennings, Director.
