Your New Job

As general manager you will be responsible for the overall running, maintenance and up keep of the venue. You be in control of all hires and maintenance of your team as well as having a strong business acumen. The ability to maximise sales and profit in peak times is essential.

Your Experience & Our Requirements

You should have strong leadership qualities and impeccable knowledge of health & safety. My client is looking for a general who can build strong relationships with the front of house team and kitchen and is confident and knowledgeable about their service standard and be able to communicate that effectively to there team.

Your Future As The Successful Candidate

As a successful candidate you will have the benefit of a very competitive salary. While running a tight-knit this is an exciting opportunity to help grow the business through amazing food and service within an idyllic setting!

In return for your passion, knowledge, professionalism and, you will be rewarded with a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 plus day shifts only DoE.
