Next up on our hiring road map is for a talented Client Services & SLA Manager to manage our Service & Systems team.
Your remit will be to develop positive, professional relationships with our clients ensuring their contractual agreements, and their deliverables are achieved. You will also ensure that client solutions are well-maintained, supported, and hosted such that clients are delighted with our work, which will ultimately enable us to retain and grow activity with our clients.
